Our Google Workspace add-on, Gantt Management Sheet, may collect the following types of information:

• Task Data: Information about tasks, including names, dates, durations, dependencies, and progress.
• User Data: Basic user information such as email address (if explicitly provided) for assignee tracking.
• Spreadsheet Data: Data from the active Google Sheet where the add-on is used, limited to the columns specified for scheduling.

We use the collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To generate and display Gantt charts based on your project schedule.
• To optimize task scheduling using the provided constraints.
• To improve the functionality and user experience of the add-on.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may use Google Cloud services for hosting and processing data, but all data remains within Google's infrastructure.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or in response to valid legal requests (e.g., court orders).
• User Consent: Data may be shared with other users within the same organization if explicitly configured in the add-on's settings.

No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with advertisers or other third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data processed by this add-on is stored securely in Google's infrastructure:

• Task data is temporarily stored in Google Apps Script's PropertiesService (User Properties) during the scheduling process.
• No data is stored on external servers or databases outside of Google Workspace.
• We implement Google's security best practices to protect your data.

5. User Control and Access

You retain full control over your data:

• All data remains in your Google Sheet unless explicitly processed by the add-on.
• You can revoke the add-on's access at any time via Google Account permissions.
• No permanent copies of your data are retained after the add-on completes its operations.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the add-on constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
